As an appointment setter at Acquisition Systems, your role involves reaching out to specific people on social media, engaging in conversations and booking meetings with our ideal clients. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to learn and grow into the B2B world.

What We're Looking For:
Appointment Setters Mission:
1. Find target prospects based on a specific ideal client profile.
2. Outreach and have conversations with business owners using a specific strategy.
3. Book 15 prospects into a call with the sales team per month.

Appointment Setters Responsibilities:
Use social media to find prospects that meet an ideal client profile
Create short engaging videos to send to business owners
Follow up with prospects on time to continue a conversation with them
Book prospects onto a discovery call
Send messages to prospects before a discovery call to ensure they show up
Track every outreach message in a tracking sheet to ensure accurate data
Attend calls at the start and end of each week with the rest of the appointment setting team
Post content on social media using Chat GPT to increase social proof

Expertise in DM appointment setting on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
Experience working in an B2B outbound agency.
Experience working in a social setting (e.g. a Bar, running a social page, hosting events, retail etc.)
Entrepreneurial experience.

Daily:
Source prospects to send messages to
Create short videos to send to prospects
Have conversations with prospects to book them on a call
Log all outreach in a tracking sheet
Fill out an EOD report
Weekly:
Participate in a appointment setting team call
As Needed:
Reschedule client calls
Send messages to clients before calls to ensure they show up
